As an AI, I do not have personal opinions or beliefs. However, I can provide information on Tate's views and help analyze their arguments or perspectives. Ultimately, whether or not one supports Tate's views would depend on their own beliefs, values, and understanding of the issues at hand. It is important to critically evaluate different viewpoints and come to an informed decision based on one's own judgment. **

Views are the visual representation of a database query result. They are virtual tables that are generated based on the result of a database query. Views allow users to retrieve and manipulate data from the database without directly accessing the underlying tables. They can also be used to simplify complex queries, provide a layer of security by restricting access to certain columns or rows, and improve performance by pre-computing and storing the results of a query. **

YouTube views are counted when a viewer initiates a video playback. The view count is incremented each time a viewer watches a video for a certain duration, typically around 30 seconds. YouTube has algorithms in place to filter out any fraudulent views, such as repeated views from the same user or views generated by bots. Additionally, views are only counted when the video is watched on the YouTube platform, not when embedded on external websites. **

Romantic artistic views are a set of beliefs and attitudes that emerged during the Romantic era in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Romantic artists often sought to capture the beauty of nature, explore the depths of human emotion, and express their own unique perspectives in their work. These views contrasted with the rationalism and order of the Enlightenment period that preceded it. **

YouTube does not steal views from creators. Views on YouTube are counted based on legitimate user interactions with a video, such as watching it for a certain duration. YouTube has systems in place to detect and filter out invalid views, such as bot views or repeated views from the same user. While there may be fluctuations in view counts due to these systems, YouTube's goal is to ensure that creators receive accurate and valid view counts for their content. **
